Shall act as custodian of the Associated Students Organization Fund, and shall be responsible, under the direction of the College President, for all cash collection of ASO student funds, and for maintaining records as prescribed by the Rules of the Board of Trustees.2. Shall furnish information to the ASO Finance Committee for the preparation of the annual fiscal operations plan. This includes prior year information and estimated income.3. Shall inform the ASO Finance Committee of the need, and extent of any required budget adjustments, based upon estimated revenues which may require adjustments to conform with actual income. A specific timeline shall be provided.4. Shall be responsible for insuring that all expenditures are in accordance with the approved budget and in compliance with appropriate rules and regulations.5. Shall be responsible for the distribution of budget request forms to all organizations, individuals and departments seeking student body allocations.6. Shall be responsible for coordination of an annual Associated Student Organization Fund budget, and preparation of related reports as otherwise required. Books and records of Associated Students activities shall be available to the Associated Students President and Treasurer. The Associated Students President and Treasurer shall be made aware of the locations of bank accounts, reserves and the Interest thereby derived; they shall receive updated copies of those accounts. Requests for this information from other students must be made through the Chief Student Services Officer/ASO Advisor or designee.7. Shall be responsible for the minutes of each Finance Committee meeting and distribution of the minutes to all committee members and the College President within five school days after the meeting. Minutes shall be kept of all financial meetings and include the names of members present and absent; the date, time and place of the meeting; and a record of actions taken.8. Shall be responsible for explaining the ASO budget operation to new Associated Student Organization Officers and representatives.
